I’ve been to a few Tully’s, it’s inconsistent. One location can be decent, then another one has slow service or the food comes out totally different. It’s kind of annoying because you never really know what you’re going to get...

I’m not the most patient person when places are dirty or neglected, so I was relieved this spot was clean. The tables were wiped down, the bathrooms were taken care of, and I didn’t see any weird mess anywhere. It actually looked maintained, which I really appreciated.

I had a smooth experience with the website. The menu was easy for me to read, and my screen reader handled it without any issues, which I always appreciate. The ordering details were also simple to find, so to me it felt like the site was designed with everyday users in mind.

Went to Tully’s last weekend i was expecting the usual mess because it looked busy. But no, we got seated way faster than I thought, which makes me even more annoyed at other places that act like a simple waitlist is some impossible task. Food came out quick too, and everything was actually right — no missing sauces, no wrong sides, none of that nonsense. It’s not that hard, and Tully’s proved it.

I mean, the food was okay, like it wasn’t bad or anything. The portions were decent enough too, but, yeah, when the bill came, it just felt a little too high for what we actually got. I guess I was expecting it to feel more worth the price, but it kind of didn’t for me...

I really like that Tully’s has hours that don’t make it a hassle to stop by after work. I checked tullysgoodtimes.com before heading over, and it was straightforward, which I appreciate because I hate trying to guess if a place is still open.
I went later in the evening and got in without any problem. Not a huge thing, but it matters. Also, just being able to make a quick plan after a long day without overthinking it is kind of exactly what I needed.

I went here with my sister, who has a gluten issue, and we were a little nervous because one mistake can kind of ruin the whole meal. But the server was really cool about it, double checked everything for us, and didn’t make us feel like we were being annoying. The food came out the way it was supposed to, and we could actually relax instead of worrying the whole time. Definitely wouldn’t want to risk going somewhere less careful after this, so we’d come back for sure.

We pulled in expecting the usual parking struggle, but it was painless. There were plenty of spots available when we got there, so we parked right away and only had a short walk from the car. It made the whole visit feel a lot less stressful from the start.

I got takeout from Tully’s the packing was just really solid. Like, nothing spilled in the bag, which is always my first worry, and the fries were actually kept separate so they didn’t turn into that sad soggy pile by the time I got home. The containers were easy to open too, which sounds small but when you’re hungry it matters. Just made the whole eating-at-home thing way less annoying. I’d definitely order again.

I signed up for their rewards program it’s been a good experience so far. After just a couple visits, I already earned a free appetizer, and there weren’t any confusing steps or catches. It was easy to use, and based on my experience, I’d say it’s definitely worth signing up for

We took the kids to Tully’s and it ended up being a really easy family dinner. The staff were super nice and didn’t seem bothered at all when the kids got a little loud, which I really appreciated 😅. The menu had plenty of stuff they’d actually eat too, so that made things way less stressful. It’s relaxed and not too fancy, so we could just sit back and enjoy ourselves. We’d definitely go again!

The food did arrive warm, which I appreciated, but the delivery was kinda late. Overall, not a terrible experience, just wish it had gotten here on time.

I just used a Tully’s gift card recently, and that’s the part I’m still thinking about. I figured it would be quick and easy, but checking the balance was kind of confusing, and the cashier had a hard time getting it to work at first. It eventually went through, but it held things up more than I expected. The food itself was fine, but since the gift card hassle was the most recent part of the visit, it kind of soured the whole experience for me

I went to Tully’s feeling mentally drained, so I really appreciated how easy the whole experience was. The staff were super friendly and checked on us a couple times without hovering, which was nice. The food came out quickly too. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because it was a little loud, and it took a bit to get the bill at the end. Still, overall it was a good spot and I’d go back

I stopped by Tully’s and was surprised by how much food they give you. My meal was so big I couldn’t finish it, so I ended up taking the rest home for later. My friend ordered wings too, and even that portion was generous. To me, it’s the kind of place where you actually feel like your money goes a long way. I’d definitely go back, especially on a day when I’m really hungry.

The vibe was great from the moment we got there, and the games kept us entertained all night. What more could you really ask for? I had a really good time and would definitely go back.

The food was okay overall, not terrible but nothing special either. The wings had decent flavor, but the fries were already kinda soggy by the time they got to the table. My burger tasted fine, just not something I’d be excited to come back for. What annoyed me more was that nobody really followed up after bringing the food, so we didn’t get a chance to mention anything or ask for anything else. Maybe it was just an off day, but it felt hit or miss.

The allergy info was confusing. The staff didn’t seem totally sure about what had allergens, which made me nervous, so I barely felt comfortable ordering anything. If you have food allergies, I’d save your time and go somewhere that can give clearer answers.

I’d probably give Tully’s 4 stars overall. The menu has a ton to choose from, burgers, sandwiches, salads, wings, and obviously the tenders, so it’s one of those places where everyone in the group can usually find something without a whole debate. When I asked about a couple options, the staff was basically like, “You can’t really go wrong, but the tenders are the favorite,” which felt accurate. My only small complaint is that the menu leans a bit heavy on the fried side, so I do wish there were a few more lighter choices. Still, it’s a solid spot with good variety and it’s easy to order from.
